O'Connor, who has been at the helm of the com- pany since its founding in 1997, is stepping down with plans to remain active in the industry in a consulta- tive capacity, including joining the LeadingRE Board of Directors for the coming year. Paul Boomsma, who currently serves a dual role as LeadingRE chief operating officer and president of Luxury Portfolio International®, will assume responsi- bilities as president and CEO upon O'Connor's retirement. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®/The Tri- dent Group has named Larry Flick, V as CEO. Flick, V was president of The Trident Group and has been with the com- pany for 24 years, begin- ning as a mortgage consultant in its West Chester office and becoming the first regional manager of Trident Mortgage Company. Larry Flick, IV will continue on as chairman. Bar- bara Griest, former president of Trident Land Transfer Company, is now president of The Trident Group, while Lisa DeWolf, former head of Trident's Pennsylvania title opera- tion, is now president of Tri- dent Land Transfer Com- pany. Additionally, Joan Docktor will remain president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, while Marie Gayo will remain president of Trident Mortgage Company, Chris Rosati as president of Trident In- surance Agency, and Kassie Erb as president of Fox & Roach Charities. Coldwell Banker Col- lins Maury has named Sean Blankenship, former chief marketing officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, president and gen- eral manager. As CMO for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, Blanken- ship was responsible for all market- ing activities, including advertising, public relations, digital platforms and luxury programs. Realogy Holdings Corp. recently made several executive leadership changes. Ryan Gorman has been named president and CEO of NRT LLC, and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of NRT's company-owned brokerages doing business under the Coldwell Banker® brand. Bruce Zipf, the for- mer president and CEO of NRT, has transi- tioned to the role of execu- tive advisor to Realogy's CEO. John Peyton, president and CEO of Realogy Franchise Group, will expand his responsibilities to include oversight of two NRT businesses: the Corcoran® businesses and the company-owned Sotheby's Interna- tional Realty® brokerages. Realogy has also launched a search for a new president and CEO of Cartus Corpora- tion. Kevin Kelleher, the former president and CEO of Cartus, has transitioned to the role of executive advisor to Realogy's CEO. Sco Becker, who currently leads Cartus' affinity business, will serve as the interim leader for Cartus. RE/MAX has promoted Senior Vice President Pete Crowe to executive vice president (EVP), the company re- cently announced. Crowe is respon- sible for leading a new business and product strategy team focused on innovation, corporate strategy, prod- uct research and competitive intel- ligence. Abby Lee, vice president of Marketing and Media Strategies, who partnered with Crowe to lead the marketing, communications, PR and social media groups at RE/MAX World Headquarters, will continue to provide strategic direction to these departments.
