Changing consumer demands have presented a real dilemma for many real estate professionals who have built their success on customer service—service that involves conducting listing presentations, showing houses, getting continuing education credits, etc. Yet on the flip side, there's a growing contingent of prospects who want information—and they want it now. But if you're out serving clients, how can you possibly respond to calls and emails immediately? Herein lies one of modern real estate's toughest challenges.
