Talk About the Real Estate Market Talking about your business should come effortlessly to you; however, you need to remember that your aim is to convert readers into prop- erty owners. For this, the message should be simple and clear. Make the focus of your newsletter all about the property you want to talk about instead of your business. Draw Them in With a Strong Subject Line Make sure you include a strong and relevant subject line as part of the newsletter. It should help the sub- scriber understand what the news- letter is about and make them want to read it. The copy in the subject line should be concise. As a general rule of thumb, subscribers should be able to view the entire subject line on their mobile devices. Always Include Contact Information It's crucial to include your contact information as part of your newslet- ter should subscribers wish to reach out to you. Make it easy for them to get in touch with you by adding your email address, as well as other so- cial contact information.
