{Executive Appointments} The National Associa- tion of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) has an- nounced that U.S. Bank executive Lenny McNeill will chair the organization's 2019 Corporate Board of Governors, guiding NAHREP in serving both the real estate mar - ket and its practitioners. McNeill is SVP, managing director, National Stra - tegic Markets and Specialized Sales at U.S. Bank Home Mortgage. He will serve with Co-Chair Daisy Lopez- Cid, the immediate past president of the National Board of Directors. The Corporate Board of Governors (CBOG) provides NAHREP with valu - able market intelligence, business development expertise and policy position recommendations which give the association a valuable frame of reference in its approach to the upcoming year. The Real Estate Stan- dards Organization (RESO) Board of Di- rectors has appointed Sam DeBord chief ex- ecutive officer. DeBord brings 20 years of expertise in real estate bro - kerage, mortgage lending and tech- nology consulting to the 850-mem- ber organization. His passion for technology and industry collabora - tion is expected to energize RESO efforts to more rapidly drive adop - tion and utilization of standards, providing efficiency throughout the real estate industry. DeBord has served in a wide range of industry leadership positions, including as President's Liaison for MLS and Data Management with the National Association of REALTORS®. DeBord replaces Jeremy Crawford as CEO of RESO, who joined the organiza - tion as its executive director in April 2015 and recently became chief ex - ecutive officer of First Multiple List- ing Service (FMLS) in Georgia. Century 21 Real Estate LLC has appointed Bryon Ellington to chief operating officer. Ellington will work to advance the CENTURY 21® mis - sion of transforming relationships with clients and customers from strictly transactional to experien - tial, elevating the process by cre- ating personalized moments along every touchpoint and changing the status quo of how consumers choose a real estate professional. Ellington will report directly to the president and chief executive offi - cer of Century 21 Real Estate, Mi- chael Miedler. Ellington previously served as senior vice president of the Learning Center of Excellence, Realogy's integrated learning insti - tute for its leading real estate fran- chise brands and NRT, its company- owned brokerage business. James Sousa, president of Weichert Commer- cial Brokerage, Inc., has announced the ad - dition of three commercial real estate profession - als: Margaret Lapa- dura , Eric Bogovich and Sco Silver . La- padura rejoins Weichert Commercial Brokerage as senior vice presi - dent, bringing more than 20 years of in-depth experience in all facets of com - mercial real estate to the organiza- tion.
