Seattle ranks as the best place to be a real estate agent, according to a recent study from WalletHub, which analyzed indicators such as median wage and housing-market health. Seattle was followed by Salem, Ore.; San Francisco; Oakland; San Jose; Denver; Fremont, Calif.; Boston; Washington, D.C.; and Phoenix.
