Sewing often has real estate experts and practitioners as guests on his show. CASEY LEWIS , REALTOR® with CearnalCo, REAL- TORS®, has worked in real estate since 2010. Using his experience of having to survive the Great Recession as motivation, he set out to create unique market - ing trends. In 2018, Lewis dressed up in an inflatable T-Rex costume and posed in listing photos to capture buyers' attention. "We came up with the idea a few years ago and have been waiting for the right client and right house to try it," Lewis told realtor.com®. "It was a great way to get extra exposure to an already great property." JEFF GOODMAN is a sales- person at Halstead Real Estate. He collabo- rated with famed tour guide Joyce Gold, creating a trend- ing series of walking tours entitled, "Rediscovering New York." GEOFFREY GREEN followed in the footsteps of his par - ents, a teacher and a nurse who went on to become suc - cessful real estate brokers.
