Tull recalls a large portion of agent support involved helping agents with passwords. In addition, the CRMs the brokerage implemented in the past offered very little support, says Tull. It was very difficult to train support staff on these systems, and, ultimately, database management fell by the wayside. A drastic reduction in as- sistance requests in regard to lost passwords, along with a streamlined process.
